Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following: 1) Ability to inspire, motivate and guide others toward goal accomplishment. Leadership ability, including the ability to coach, mentor and challenge peers and subordinates; ability to adapt leadership style to a variety of situations; and ability to model high standards of honesty, integrity, trust, openness, and respect for the individual by applying these values to daily behaviors. 2) Mastery of, and skill in applying, advanced IT principles, concepts, methods, standards, and practices sufficient to develop and interpret policies, procedures, and strategies governing cybersecurity during the planning and delivery of services; provide expert technical advice, guidance and recommendations to management and other technical specialists on critical cybersecurity issues; and make decisions or recommendations that significantly influence important command IT policies or programs. 3) Mastery of and skill in implementing the principles, concepts, and methodologies of Executive, DoD, and DoN enterprise cybersecurity requirements sufficient to select and implement environmental control measures, conduct risk assessments, provide quantitative justification of physical security controls, implement and test backup and recovery for network and operational systems, and provide incident response and contingency planning for events ranging from fault disruption to full disaster recovery.
