Examples of experience demonstrating this competency include:
Providing training to Tier I support personnel on systems.
4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations. Examples of experience demonstrating this competency include:
Resolving technical issues including hardware and software components installed and dealing with interface and interoperability

-Experience identifying and resolving issues and performing necessary maintenance, installation, testing and configuration of network systems.
