To Qualify at the GS 11 level: Applicants must possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level. Specialized experience includes: Planning and overseeing hardware and software installations for customer workstations, examining malfunctioning hardware and providing cost efficient solutions to remedy defective equipment, and monitoring and evaluating systems compliance with IT security requirements.
OR
At least one of the following if using education to qualify at this grade level:(A) a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree;
OR
(B) 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
OR
Combination of graduate level education beyond the first 2 years of progressive graduate study and specialized experience that together meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
