Specialized Experienceis experience that has equipped applicants with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the federal service.
GS-13: For this position, the next lower grade level is a GS-12.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture (EA) principles, tool, concepts and methods to align and document information technology (IT) to security mission needs;
- Experience in developing Enterprise Architecture (EA) reference models and data of the enterprise and maintains the information in the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Repository, including the business units and key processes, using modeling techniques;
- Experience in DevSecOps to identify and govern all layers of architecture and compliance;
- Experience using java script, cloud and emerging technologies; AND
- Experience in design, upkeep, configuration, and troubleshooting cloud based, low code application/tools such as Microsoft Power Platform.
GS-14: For this position, the next lower grade level is a GS-13.
Specialized experience for this position includes:
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture (EA) principles, tool, concepts and methods to align and document information technology (IT) to security mission needs;
- Experience applying Enterprise Architecture (EA) reference models and data of the enterprise and maintains the information in the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Repository, including the business units and key processes, using scripts and modeling techniques;
- Experience working within an agile team as lead and technical expert to identify and govern all layers of architecture, design, guidance and compliance;
- Experience in enterprise-level Information Technology (IT) investments, technology assessments, and agnecy and organizational policies and guidelines; AND
- Experience in leading the design, upkeep, configuration, and troubleshooting cloud based, low code application/tools such as Microsoft Power Platform and emerging cloud technologies.
