In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: In order to qualify for this position your resume must describe one year of specialized experience which includes:
1. Developing enterprise web-based solutions for complex business system that operate in a cloud environment;
2. Creating complex modern software architecture to support a suite of modern web-based products that can adapt easily to change or expansion;
3. Creating modern architecture documentation to support suite of modern web-based products that can adapt easily to change;
4. Application architect for complex, modern suite of tools hosted in a CI/CD hybrid cloud environment;
5. Implementing modern software development practices across multiple scrum teams include but not limited to; test driven development, modular programming, automation and vertical web development;
6. Providing hands-on software development support to multiple teams across suite of products in two or more software languages;
7. Building application programming interfaces (APIs) in accordance with associated system and data architecture; or
8. Translating business processes into actionable web-development activities across multiple agile teams.
Your resume must clearly identify at least three (3) of the specialized experience.
AND
Applicants must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below based on the grade level required of the position being filled:

4) Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
