Duties
- Delivers Information Technology customer support services including system hardware/software installations, configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, and/or training in response to customer requirements.
- Communicates factual and procedural information clearly, orally and in writing.
- Gathers and analyzes basic facts and draws conclusions. Uses established industry practices, procedures or policies to determine an appropriate approach to problem resolution.
- Performs highly structured, entry-level work, guided by a specialist, designed to develop broader more in-depth knowledge and skills needed to perform higher-level assignments.
- Applies information security/information assurance policy, principles and practices. Performs other duties as assigned.

- Driver's License required to operate government vehicle to performing service calls.
- Duties may involve working both indoors and outdoors (managing electronic message boards).
- Business operations are Monday-Friday but is subject to change and will be based on the needs of the activity. Nights, weekends and holidays are required during MWR events.
Qualifications

- Work experience, education, and/or specialized training sufficient to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Information Technology (IT) principles, concepts, and methods as well as skill in applying basic IT principles and practices in:
- Performing highly structured, entry level work designed to develop a broader and more in-depth knowledge and skill needed to perform higher level assignments;
- Communicating factual and procedural information clearly, orally and in writing,
- Gathering and analyzing facts and drawing conclusions,
- Data storage, software applications and networking.

- Possess one (1) year Family Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) work experience.
- Possess knowledge of RecTrac and CYMS systems.
