Qualifications
**Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the minimum qualifications criteria.**
Qualification Requirements:
Work experience, education, and/or specialized intensive training sufficient to demonstrate IT knowledge and skill in:
1. Participating in the planning and delivery of a full range of IT customer support services
2. Installing, configuring, upgrading and trouble shooting hardware and software components
3. Presenting formal and informal training and assistance to customers
4. Reporting, responding to, and resolving customer requests
Qualifying education is graduate education in one of the following fields of study: computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, or technology management, or has provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
Best Qualified Criteria and Highly Preferred:(Please Note: Qualified applicants meeting the Best Qualified Criteria and Highly Preferred will be referred to management first.)
Best Qualified applicants will have operated and have experience managing Point of Sale, or Digital Displays for Advertisement.
Highly Preferred applicants will have current or previous IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA Sec + & A+, Network Pro, Desktop Pro, PC Pro, etc.) as well as experience with operating a VLAN of IT systems (e.g. an Active Directory Environment consisting of POS Equipment, Computer Labs) and experience working with outside managed network support helpdesks.
