Work experience, education, and/or specialized training sufficient to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Information Technology (IT) principles, concepts and methods as well as skill in applying basic IT principles and practices in:
-Performing highly structured, entry level work designed to develop broader and more in-depth knowledge and skill needed to perform higher level assignments;
-Communicating factual and procedural information clearly, orally and in writing,
-Gathering and analyzing basic facts and drawing conclusions.
-Data storage, software applications and networking.

Highly preferred criteria: Applicants meeting highly preferred criteria will be referred to management first.(Any experience that meets the Highly Preferred Criteria, must be reflected in your resume to receive credit). Highly preferred is defined as having met
ALL of the following criteria:
- Possess CompTIA A+ certification and ability to gain CompTIA Security+ certification within 90 days of coming on-board.
- Minimum of one year experience with hardware/software security best practices (patches, security updates, etc.), AND networking (LAN and wireless).
- 1 year experience in IT diagnosing/troubleshooting (CPU, monitors, printers, etc.)
