This is a GG-15 position in the Defense Civilian Intelligence personnel System (DCIPS). The GG-15 duties for the "Supervision/Management" work category are at the "Expert" work level and are equivalent to those at the GS-15 level. The selectee's salary will be set within the grade equivalent to a GS/GG grade based on the selectee's qualifications in relation to the job.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Your resume must reflect the quality level experience which demonstrates the possession of the knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies necessary for successful job performance required for this position. My experience includes extensive senior-level experience and comprehensive knowledge in information technology and communications activities across the full spectrum of cyberspace operations disciplines; expert cyberspace operations skills within the intelligence and military communities as well as in-depth experience in policy, planning, management, execution and evaluation of programs. Note: Creditable experience may include previous military experience, experience gained in the private sector, or experience gained in another government agency.

1. Position is designated special-sensitive and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) to fully perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. A nondisclosure agreement must be signed.
2. Drug Testing: This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Testing Program. Employee must pass initial and periodic short notice drug testing. Illegal drug use by employees in sensitive positions presents a clear threat to the mission of the Air Force, national security, and public safety.
3. Key: This is a key position. Incumbents must be removed from any military recall status if alternatives for filling the position during an emergency are not available.

Mobility: Mobility is a condition of employment. The employee must sign an Air Force-wide mobility agreement.
5. The employee must demonstrate flexibility in responding to a changing operating environment, exercise personal initiative in the timely identification of problems, and use sound judgment to balance and synthesize differing views in resolving conflicts that may arise.
6. The employee may be required to work other than normal duty hours, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
1. Mastery of advanced management and organizational principles, practices, regulations, laws, methods, and techniques to manage the executive services staff and various programs.
2. Knowledge of Air Force organizations, Intelligence Community agencies, Air Force Instructions and Intelligence Community Directives governing information technology planning, cybersecurity assessment and authorization, and cyberspace operations.
3. Knowledge of personnel management, EEO, safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
4. Skill in analyzing difficult organizational issues and problems involving organizational operations and the ability to develop, prepare, or recommend new or revised directives, policies, and implementing instructions; and developing and presenting unique or adaptive solutions targeted for any particular aspect of the organization's operation.
5. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the functions and mentor, motivate, and appraise the staff of an organization through subordinate supervisors. Must work well with others and lead with compassion and understanding.
