Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Specialized IT experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training or IT certification which demonstrates skill in applying:
Principles and methods for integrating information systems components; Performance tuning tools and techniques; System diagnostic tool and fault identification techniques; Systems administration methods; Participating in the planning and delivery of a full range of IT customer support services; Installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware and software components; Presenting formal and informal training and assistance to customers; Reporting, responding to, and resolving customer requests; and IT security principles.
OR
Completion of a master's degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems management, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours as indicated above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks. NOTE: If claiming this qualification, a copy of transcripts must be uploaded at the time of application.
AND
In addition, candidates must demonstrate IT-related experience which addresses the following four competencies:
1. Attention to detail - Such as implementing quality control procedures and conducting compliance reviews.
2. Customer service - Such as providing assistance to both internal and external customers; assessing customers' needs, meeting quality standards, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
3. Verbal communication - Such as conducting formal presentations or training to audiences at varying levels of hierarchy and technical expertise.
4. Demonstrated problem-solving skills - Such as identifying the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Best Qualified:
Possess CompTIA Security+ Certification.
