Specialized Experience for GS-07: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting in preparing plans and specifications, architectural and engineering (A-E) statements of work, and/or cost estimates. Gathering and interpreting information and data to assist in project designs and contract administration. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
Specialized Experience for GS-09: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting in preparing plans and specifications, architectural and engineering (A&E) statements of work and/or cost estimates; reviewing various documents to ensure compliance with project objectives and standards, and applicable laws and regulations. Gathering, interpreting, and applying information and data to assist in project designs and contract administration. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-07).
Specialized Experience for GS-11: One year of specialized experience which includes preparing plans and specifications, architectural and engineering (A&E) statements of work and/or cost estimates; reviewing various documents to ensure compliance with project objectives and standards, and applicable laws and regulations; updating contract documents, engineering drawings and documents to reflect changes in requirements; contract administration of service or construction contracts, researching, analyzing, interpreting, evaluating and carrying out difficult assignments. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).
