In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, you are also required to meet the qualifications listed below.
Specialized Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes managing scope, cost and schedule on construction, services, or environmental projects. Acquisition experience in source selection such as: prepared source selection documents (such as acquisition strategies/ plans or source selection criteria) and/or develop pre-award documents (scope, performance work statements, and request for proposal). Experience in Hazardous, Toxic, Radiological Waste (HTRW) work such as: site characterization and restoration, delineation, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and/or HTRW studies.
This experience must be equivalent to the next lower grade level in federal service (GS-11).
