You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Detailed and comprehensive knowledge of the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs, policies, and regulations;
2) Knowledge of Interoperability between US and foreign customers of a major weapon system; AND
3) Experience, such as providing peer reviews, quality assurance, standardization, Pre-Letter of Request (Pre-LOR) for Request for Information (RFI), Pricing and Availability (P&A), technical evaluations, pricing letters and Letter of Offer and Acceptance (LOA) development, case management, Sensitivity Statements, Tri-Services (TSC) Engagements, Exception to National Disclosure Policy (ENDP) Approval.
This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level NH-02 (GS-11) position in the federal service
