For GS-7 grade level. Superior Academic Achievement:
(SAA) at the baccalaureate level in the coursework detailed above is fully qualifying. Applicants who wish to apply under this provision
must submit proof from their educational institution that they meet one of the criteria listed below. To qualify for SAA, applicants must have completed all the requirements for a bachelor's degree in a curriculum that is qualifying for the position to be filled and meet one of the following:
- Rank in the upper one-third of your class in the college, university or major subdivision.
- A grade-point average of "B" (a GPA of 2.95 or higher out of a possible 4.0) for all completed undergraduate courses, or those completed in the last two years of undergraduate study.
- A grade point average of "B+" (a GPA of 3.45 or higher out of a possible 4.0) for all courses in your major field of study, or those courses in your major completed in the last two years of undergraduate study.

For GS-7 grade level. Graduate Education:Possess at least one full year of graduate level study, or possess a master's or higher degree etc. in a field that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. (TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED) OR
For GS-7 grade level. Specialized Experience: Possess at least one year of work experience in a wide range of complex, standard, and/or non-standard inventory management, planning and lifecycle principles, concepts, methodologies, and analysis to provide services or resolve problems associated with non-expendable (NX) systems and processes. OR
For GS-7 grade level. Combining Education and Experience: Possess a combination of successfully completed graduate education and experience to meet total qualification requirements for the grade level. To be computed by first determining the total qualifying experience as a percentage of the experience required for the grade level; then determining the education as a percentage of the education required for the grade level; and then adding the two percentages. The total percentages must equal at least 100 percent to qualify an applicant for that grade level. (TRANSCRIPTS REQUIRED)
This position includes a Selective Placement Factor (skill, knowledge, ability or other worker characteristic basic to - and essential for - satisfactory performance of the job). Selective Placement Factors are a prerequisite to appointment and represent minimum requirements for a position. Applicants who do not meet it are ineligible for further consideration.

IMPORTANT: A full year of work is considered to be 35-40 hours of work per week. All experience listed on your resume must include the month and year start/end dates. Part-time experience will be credited on the basis of time actually spent in appropriate activities. Applicants wishing to receive credit for such experience must indicate clearly the nature of their duties and responsibilities in each position and the number of hours a week spent in such employment.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
Physical Requirements: Involves a mix of working in an office environment to working in a warehouse to assist in processing new equipment receipts and entering into the Equipment Inventory List (Ell). A great amount of time walking and climbing stairs is required to conduct on-site inventories of Ell equipment. Lifting of up to 40 pounds is required when receiving new equipment at the facility and preparing for the sale of excess property. Work conditions are often indoors, but could occasionally be dirty, hot, humid or unusually cold when involved in property inventories, disposal of equipment, transferring of equipment between serviced locations and recycling centers.
