Duties
The United States Space Force (USSF) at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base is searching for a Joint Service Initiative C5ISRT Team Lead to support NSIC (GG-0132-13).
Description:
This is an all-source intelligence analysis Team Lead position in the 3rd Intelligence Analysis Squadron performing and leading integrated analysis of adversary space and counterspace systems, processes, force employment, capabilities, command & control and supporting infrastructure in support of Space Force production priorities. Selectee will provide collaborative, integrated analysis of space-related C4I and the employment of foreign space and counterspace systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of space Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) processes and workflow and how it this process fits within various weapon systems kill-chains. The Team Lead position will work with the Principal Intelligence Analyst (PIA) to set the teams analytic priorities, guide junior analysts in AOR knowledge, community involvement, and production development.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidates possess: Proven coaching/mentoring/training experience, ability to build and lead teams, experience in: Intelligence community, collaboration, technical knowledge, including: a. Analytic tradecraft, b. Production processes, c. Space/Counterspace-related intelligence analysis experience, d. Knowledge of Indopacific AOR, e. Space/Counterspace C4I experience.
Key Skills and Abilities:
1. Knowledge of established intelligence research analysis techniques and possession of analytical abilities.
2. Skill in gathering facts and using effective, analytical and evaluative methods to accurately assess information and make sound decisions.
3. Skill in the use of standard automated office productivity suites.
4. Ability to communicate orally, and in writing with technical accuracy, sufficient to develop and present intelligence reports.
5. Knowledge of intelligence oversight, security policies, practices and procedures to maintain control of classified material, practices, and procedures.

- Must be a U.S Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret / SCI security clearance.
- Safeguards classified or sensitive budget-related information and/or files.
- May be required to work overtime on an unscheduled or emergency basis.
- Eligible for situational telework only, including Emergency and OPM prescribed “Unscheduled Telework”.
- This position will close after 5 business days or 75 applications, whichever comes first.
- Employee may be required to perform travel by military or commercial passenger aircraft in the performance of temporary duty assignments.
- PCS / relocation funding is authorized.
- Subject to Temporary Duty Assignment (TDY): Approximately 15 days per year.
- This position has been designated by the Air Force as a Testing Designated Position (TDP) under the Air Force Civilian Drug Demand Reduction Program.
