Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Experience applying a wide range of recruitment, staffing and placement concepts, practices, regulations, precedents and procedures including special recruiting authorities and strategies.
Experience applying pay administration policies, principles and practices under Titles 5, 10 or 38 of the US Code and Department Of Defense (DOD) and Department Of Navy (DON) pay setting policies.
Experience providing guidance on a variety of pay setting and compensation situations including overtime, premium pay and the use of recruitment, relocation and retention incentives.
Experience developing functional training and preparing policy and written instructions and presenting research and findings in functional areas of recruitment.
Experience and skill in applying reduction-in-force policies and procedures including all pre-RIF actions, outplacement, and post RIF actions.
