Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the
GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector with leading a team in Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) management projects. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Leading a team in distributing workload in accordance with established workflow and arranging training of team members;
2) Representing a team by conveying findings and recommendations of SWS subsystem projects and studies;
3) Applying ILS disciplines to support assigned SWS subsystems including software compatibility and integration;
4) Researching, learning and applying a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to identify, assess, analyze and improve team effectiveness, efficiency and work products;
5) Maintaining contact with representatives from internal and external organizations to remain current on initiatives and procedures.
