One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade or band is required. It is defined as one year of specialized experience equivalent to the DE-02 (GS-11 equivalent grade level or higher) in the Federal Service which includes: 1) Providing support for logistics equipment and maintenance programs in life-cycle materiel and maintenance requirements, operations and systems such as Command Maintenance Discipline Program (CMDP), the Master Driver Program, General Services Administration (GSA)-assigned and non-tactical vehicles (NTV) management, and expertise in life-cycle materiel and maintenance requirements, operations, and systems;
2) Assessing the effectiveness of logistics maintenance programs, analyze feedback from customers and senior leaders, interpret relevant regulations, policies, and laws, and formulate recommendations to enhance overall program operations; and 3) Delivering service and support to both internal and external customers, leadership, and partners by formulating and effectively communicating goals, tasks, policies, and procedures through both verbal and written channels.
