MILITARY GRADES: Officers 2LT ONLY, Warrant Officers (CW3 and below) and Enlisted members
COMPATIBILE MILITARY ASSIGNMENTS: OBR 01A, 88A, 90/91/92A; WOBR 011A ; WOMS 255A/D. 882A, 890A, 913/914/915A, 915E, 920A/B, 922/923A ; EMOS 25B/D, 88M/N, 92A/F/Y. (MOS is not a disqualifying factor of eligibility)
QUALITY OF EXPERIENCE
Length of time is not of itself qualifying. Candidates' experience should be evaluated on the basis of duties performed rather than strictly on the rank of the individual; however, established compatibility criteria/assignments must be followed. The applicant's record of experience and/or training must show possession of the knowledge, skills and abilities needed to fully perform the duties of the position.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicant must possess theleast one year of specialized experience at the GS 09 level or civilian equivalent which includes: 1) identifying activities involving logistical support operations; 2) Experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to develop a comprehensive logistics plan; 3) Experience monitoring such functions as program planning, resource and fiscal management, training, manpower management, and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan; and 4) Experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions.
