SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Applicants must have at least 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the NH-01/GS-04 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service. Specialized experience includes support planning, budgetary planning, maintenance accountability, and storage reporting.
OR
EDUCATION: 4 years above high school, if related from an accredited college or university.

COMBINATION OF EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: I have equivalent combination of successfully completed post-high school education and experience that may be used to meet total experience requirements.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
- Ability to plan and conduct complex, multi-faceted functional activities simultaneously.
- Ability to recognize and analyze problems, conducts research, summarize results, and make appropriate recommendations.
- Skill in written and oral communication.
- Ability to meet and deal with customers using a high degree of tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to research, analyze, interpret and apply rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Knowledge of the operations, products, services, needs, and goals of the program(s) and the organizations studied or served, and customers, functions, resources, and users.
