You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): Ability to do the work of a(n) Laborer without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform the duties of a Laborer. Experience performing manual laboring tasks associated with grounds and facilities maintenance after being instructed on what is to be done and how to do the task, able to operate equipment such as power mowers, power trimmers, power edgers, powered weed-eaters and/or related hand tools to perform grounds maintenance work, and able to lift and/or move loads such as moving heavy loads of dirt, cement or asphalt pushing a wheelbarrow.
You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:
- Ability To Do The Work Of The Position Without More Than Normal Supervision Screen Out
- Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprint reading)
- Ability To Use and Maintain Tools and Equipment
- Dexterity and Safety
- Technical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic)
