Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element): operating heavy power equipment, such as single-function power lawn mowers with one or more cutting decks and mechanical controls, hand power equipment, such as chain saws, portable snow blowers, jackhammers to maintain buildings, grounds, roads, and trails. Perform janitorial duties; grounds and trails maintenance; and perform minor repairs to buildings, structures, and equipment. Additionally, this position on a regular and recurring basis operates light duty motor vehicles weighing up to 10,000 pounds (such as pick-up trucks, panel trucks, flatbed trucks, etc…) to transport personnel, material, or equipment to work sites located on the park.
