Specialized Experience: To qualify, your resume must clearly describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as having experience: 1) Analyzing logistic problem areas to determine root causes and/or recommend corrective action to field Commander, Unit maintenance personnel and Enterprise agencies; 2) Interpreting policy and technical guidance to make decisions that are related to supporting equipment; 3) Accessing Unit maintenance personnel knowledge and capability to provide training on key maintenance tasks and procedures; AND 4) Providing feedback to the Enterprise to assess and make strategic decisions to improve survivability and sustainability of weapon systems or platforms. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
