Duties
Provides administrative and technical direction needed to accomplish the work of the team.
Participates in establishing guidelines and performance expectations for staff members.
Represents the center in the agency's working groups and councils regarding Human Capital matters, guidelines and policies.
Advises the Branch Chief of potential policy issues and the need to be formulated with respect to human capital program reporting and responses in support of new initiatives.
Provides advice on work methods, practices and procedures, and assists leadership and/or individual members to identify the parameters of a viable solution.
Communicates to the team assignments, projects and deadlines and time frames for completion to a group of employees performing work at the GS-13 level and below.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for the Lead Management Analyst (Recruitment Team) position which falls under the 0343 occupational Series, you must meet the following requirements by 11:59 pm EST on 12/05/2024:
RELEVANT YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Applicants must meet the following relevant years of experience to qualify for this AD-0343- Band C (GS-13 equivalent) position:
6 years of relevant experience providing guidance and direction to technical human capital management consultants in the 2 areas of recruitment and personnel actions; AND advising on manpower utilization, productivity management, workflow, and paperwork management; OR, organizing and delivering briefings to present findings, solutions, and recommendations to managers.
