Lead Recreation Assistant NF-02 Job in Fort Bliss, TX

Duties

• Duties include sweeping, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and showers, cleaning equipment, and other duties as assigned. Works with Recreation Aids to train and maintain MWR fitness center standards. Help to facilitate training program to new employees.
• Help to coordinate USTA league schedules and practices with facility schedule. Helps to conduct captain meeting and communicate MWR policies and procedures with captains and team members.
• Assist facility manager with reports and activities relating to ACCRO, RAM, Internal Control Reports and other administration duties as needed.
• Assistance with MWR programs and events, both internal and external, when needed by facility manager or MWR.
• Welcome and greet guests utilizing Fit Zone and Tennis Courts, ensure guests sign in and verify ID, help guests with setting up ball machine and checking out equipment.

• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2.
• Incumbent may also required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
• Able and willing to work nights, weekends, holidays and special events as needed.
