About the Position: This position functions as the first layer of defense in a security-in-depth concept to deter, detect, delay, assess, respond, and document unauthorized access to Army installations restricted to the general public.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:
- Perform desk duties responsible for control of the security force radio communication systems;
- Control or coordinate security forces (by means of in person, radio, or telephone contact);
- Enforce security measures to protect life and property; and
- Ensure work assignments are completed in a timely manner
This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
