Specialized experience for this position includes:
1. Experience in analyzing legal documents or applications and supporting materials for completeness of information and compliance with an extensive body of regulations and procedures;
2. Experience in providing internal and external customers with assistance and information on status of application, processing procedures, timeframes and point of contact for public services; and
3. Experience in applying and comprehending rules, practices and procedures as it applies to an application.
