ENTRY/DEVELOPMENTAL
Entry is with a high school diploma or GED and no experience.
Computer skills (for example, e-mail, web browsers, word processing, spreadsheets) are required; no additional experience is necessary.
FULL PERFORMANCE
Entry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree or higher degree plus 2 years of relevant experience. A degree in any field is acceptable. Relevant experience must include computer skills (for example, e-mail, web browsers, work processing, spreadsheets) and at least one of the following: program management, working with a database, legal work (including work as a legal administrator, legal office manager, or paralegal).
