Summary
This position is in the Plant Engineering Division, Facility Engineering and Maintenance Branch at the US Mint, San Francisco, CA. The incumbent installs, maintains, and repairs building structures, fixtures, equipment, plant heating, steam, hot and cold water, gas distribution, compressed air, ventilation, and drainage systems employing such trade skills as plumbing, painting, carpentry, masonry, pipefitting, boiler operations, sheet metal working, welding, and other related trades.

- Public Trust - Background Investigation will be required.

- Shift Work: This facility operates on a two-shift basis, Work schedules may vary and assignment to a specific shift cannot be guaranteed. The successful applicant must be available to work on any shift on a rotational basis.
