Duties

  • You will actively manage Total Force Manpower for COMSUBPAC and subordinate activities in response to changes in operational/staffing requirements.
  • You will support the execution, review, and implement manpower study and surveys.
  • You will assist in acquiring and developing a high quality workforce by designing and executing a human capital strategy in accordance with merit systems principles and OPM's standards for success.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative support in the coordination of manpower and civilian personnel programs.

Incumbents may be non-competitively promoted to the next higher grade level after meeting all regulatory requirements, and upon the recommendation of management. Promotion is neither implied nor guaranteed.
