Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Ability applying procurement regulations (e.g., FAR, DFAR, NAVSUP Inst.) to manage supply programs, ensure compliance, and mitigate risks in procurement processes. 2) Overseeing and guiding supply management programs, including reviewing purchase requests, tracking procurement activities, ensuring audit readiness, and recommending process improvements for multiple activities or locations. 3) Applying analytical techniques to assess and improve supply management systems and processes, identify trends and discrepancies, and recommend effective solutions to enhance program efficiency and cost control. 4) Proficient in gathering, organizing, and maintaining procurement-related data across multiple systems (e.g., SharePoint, Navy ERP, OneTouch, ProTrack, RMS), ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting for decision-making and compliance. 5) Providing formal and informal training on procurement processes, supply accountability, and policy compliance to subordinate staff and stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness. 6) Managing multiple supply programs, set priorities, monitor progress, and hold self and others accountable for delivering measurable, high-quality, and cost-effective results, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying supply and procurement processes, policies, and regulations, including NAVSUP Inst., Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and Government Charge Card Program Internal Operating Procedures (GCPC IOP). 2) Preparing for audits on supply, inventory, or financial programs, and managing programs within inventory management and supply customer services, purchasing with government purchase cards, MILSTRIP, and contracts. 3) Preparing written and concise reports, and presenting deficiencies to stakeholder and providing actionable solutions for correction. 4) Proficient in electronic document and file management; gathering, organizing, and maintaining procurement-related data across multiple systems, including SharePoint, Navy ERP, OneTouch, ProTrack, and RMS.
