Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience may include:
1) Conduct analytical studies of work force management functions to improve effectiveness and efficiency of organizational structure, program operations, manpower use, staffing levels, and personnel resources
2) Provide guidance and support to management on personnel reductions, shifting of workloads, and use of personnel for reorganizing/realigning the organization
3) Analyze and defend organizational billet structure requirements to meet emergent manpower/manning shortages
4) Utilize various management systems (e.g. Total Force Manpower Management System (TFMMS), Billet Based Distribution (BBD), Fleet Training Management Planning System (FLTMPS) to provide guidance and assistance to manpower/manning programs.
