Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Applying pertinent laws, policies, procedures, and regulations pertaining to civilian personnel, manpower management, organization and mission and staffing standards to accomplish assigned functions and advise on work practices.
2) Utilizing the ability to present recommendations and negotiate solutions for the command. i.e. through written and oral communication to provide advice and guidance, study recommendations, prepare reports, and/or initiate personnel/position actions.
3) Applying knowledge of common personnel management policies, practices, and operations including position classification, recruitment/selection, performance management, award, etc.
4) Developing strategies for allocating limited manpower resources based on command priorities, historical utilization data, and analysis of mission and functions.
