THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 5 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.

This National Guard position is for a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, Position Description Number T5645000 and is part of the 109TH AW, National Guard.

Duties

As a MANAGEMENT ANALYST, GS-0343-10, you will provide information and analyses to all levels of management using the assessments to answer the why, how, when and where questions.

Qualifications

GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative, technical, or other responsible work which demonstrates analytical ability and a practical and theoretical knowledge of the functions, processes, and principles of management. Knowledge of the National Guard organizational structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience using computer and automation systems.

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: 1-year specialized experience, education, or training equivalent to at least the next lower grade level. Knowledge or experience that is administrative, clerical, scientific, artistic, or technical in nature. Experience performing a variety of internal support, review and analysis assignments supporting various segments of maintenance management and conducting consulting or advisory services under the direction of a higher graded employee.

This position is indefinite without the potential to convert to permanent. Employees hired under indefinite appointments may not exceed 5 years (consecutive) time with the agency. If a permanent employee accepts this indefinite position, their tenure will change from permanent to indefinite.
