Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies (knowledge, skills, abilities and other characteristics):
1. Knowledge of analytical and evaluative techniques to analyze maintenance capabilities, production effectiveness, equipment reliability, which are procedural or factual in nature, and determines deficient areas or trends.
2. Knowledge of administrative regulations and operating procedures to identify, analyze, and provide recommendations for improving maintenance methods and procedures.
3. Knowledge of management principles, organizational theories, techniques, procedures, and regulations.
4. Skill in preparing and presenting findings and making recommendations.
5.Ability to analyzes deficiencies in resource consumption, training, workload, and scheduling; evaluates deviations from standards and plans; and determines causes and impact on maintenance mission.
