Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1.Determines reporting method(s) and develops complex reports, charts, graphs, and dashboards using Microsoft suite tools.
2. Analyzes management information requirements to develop reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology.
3. Analyzes workloads, portfolio reviews, special projects, tiger teams, CPI events, and data base construction/administration and relays the information in a meaningful way to the chain of command and mission partner's chain of command.
4. Analyzes and evaluates criteria to measure and improve program effectiveness and productivity. Performs statistical analysis of projects, processes, services.
5. Prepares and reviews internal instructions, procedures, and guidelines concerning business analysis activities and makes recommendations for incorporating methods for improvement.
