Serve as the Human Resources Specialist (Lab Demo) and advisor responsible for supporting the implementing of Army Research Institute's (ARI) alternate personnel system, the Laboratory Personnel Demonstration Project (Demo/PDP).
In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes advising managers in areas such as organizational effectiveness, lab demo, and HR strategic initiatives; preparing a variety of reports on program status; assisting managers in employee recruitment and selection strategies; and utilizing various personnel systems to conduct data analysis as it pertains to trends, such as awards, performance assessment, performance payout, and turnover rates. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (DE-2/GS-11).
