Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience may include:
1) Conducting studies to determine the effectiveness of work procedures, overlap in functions, manpower utilization, and information and documentation systems;
2) Conducting management studies to analyze an organization's distribution of work assignments;
3) Developing and executing manpower studies to include personnel reductions, shifting of workloads, and use of personnel for reorganizing/realigning the organization;
4) Reviewing and analyzing the command's personnel policies, hiring practices, and disciplinary procedures to recommend changes;
5) Analyzing command missions, management objectives, and organizational goals to project personnel needs and potential problems.
