This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. Applicants who do not receive a minimum of two points on the screen-out element(s) will be found ineligible. The Screen-out Element for this position is: I have the ability to perform common tasks including: Ensuring the proper receipt, storage, transfer, inspection, and handling of material within department warehousing; Organizing and coordinating an effective receiving operation by independently performing a broad range of receiving assignments for single of multiple weapon systems; Coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments and placement of materials in a docking area and scheduling personnel to facilitate movement of materials in accordance with priorities, scheduling requirements and space allocations; Receiving, documenting and providing proper storage of Classified and Hazardous Materials; Determining sequences for loading materials and organizing incoming shipments for maximum space utilization, safety considerations and damage protection; Operating one or more electric, propane gas or diesel powered fork lift trucks to facilitate loading/unloading and movement of material.
