Must have at least five years' experience contributing to, leading or managing successful programs and initiatives within a government organization.
Desired Qualifications
Expert experience and knowledge of effective working relationships with foreign governments (i.e., intelligence services, law enforcement, military, ministries, etc.) with emphasis on counterintelligence, security procedures, and official policy guidelines on relationships with foreign liaison service.
