Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision. Qualifying experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing minor repairs or adjustments on oversized vehicles; 2) Maneuvering oversized vehicles in narrow, congested areas, through difficult metropolitan traffic, and on high-speed highways; 3) Operating lighter vehicles such as: buses, dump trucks, carry-all's, platform trucks, stake trucks, and vans; and 4) Safely transporting cargo and passengers.
