Major Duties Developing patterns and laying out, cutting, forming, joining, assembling, and installing items such as heating, air conditioning, and ventilating pipes; conduits; drying ovens; airframes; air scoops; control and flying surfaces; metal furniture; and other items with combined straight and curved edges or irregular curves and planes; and
Performing other related duties as assigned: Installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of complex equipment, and systems involving power boilers with complicated components, critical requirements and rigid tolerances; Installing modifying, repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, and loading new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment; Installing, recognizing the causes of faulty equipment and making repairs on large systems that provide for a variety of air conditioning functions such as heating, cooling, humidifying, dehumidifying, cleaning, filtering and circulating
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Physical Requirements: The work requires a considerable amount of standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, climbing, and working in tiring and/or uncomfortable positions. The incumbent carries, lifts, and handles parts weighing up to 50 pounds.
