This includes assessing the condition of roofing components, enabling proactive repairs to prevent more extensive damage. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Good physical stamina and strength to stand, bend, lift, and carry heavy and bulky products and equipment. Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
