Qualifications
Work experience directly related to the duties described above to include the skill and knowledge required.
Skill and Knowledge: Is expected to be skilled in the techniques used in a variety of trades. (i.e. journeyman level carpentry and plumbing skills, and at intermediate level skill in other trades work. Operate a variety of motorized vehicles. Must be qualified to use a variety of tools such as saws, hammers, metal and wood files, augers, shovels, paint brushes, spray guns, torque wrenches, feeler gages, planes, skill saws, radial arm saw, band saws, chain saws, joiners, electric sanders, pantographs, voltmeter, ohmmeter, fuse tester in the performance of assigned duties.
