Duties
- Works as a member of a team performing guest room maintenance involving a variety of trades evaluation at the grade 7 level. Assignments include carpentry, electrical, painting, and plumbing.
- Laborer - loads heavy boxes, bulky supplies and materials to and from trucks, dollies, etc.; moves heavy boxes/cartons by hand or dolly; opens crates and boxes using crowbar; moves and arranges furniture.
- Vehicle Operation - May be required to drive vehicles up to and including 5-ton truck to move furniture, etc. to various buildings on the property.
- Must have working knowledge of woodworking techniques and basic shop mathematics. Must be skilled in use and operation of common hand and power tools and measuring devices of the carpentry and painting trades to perform a variety of tasks.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
*Ability to communicate in English at a level to assure the duties described can be accomplished in a safe and satisfactory manner.
*Demonstrated skills in successfully operating standard tools.
*Must have experience in accomplishing the types of duties described in this job.
Highly Preferred Applicants will possess Electrical and/or Plumbing Certifications.
Experience must be reflected on resume to receive credit.
Proof of certifications must be uploaded in supporting documents to be verified.
