Term Appointment NTE - Position will be filled as a Term Appointment NTE 2 years. Term appointments may be extended up to a maximum of six years and may be made permanent without further competition at management's discretion.

General Experience: Three years progressively responsible experience, 1 year which includes experience (1) evaluating regulations and procedures to include researching, analyzing, and interpreting and applying rules; (2) obtaining information from an established automated system; (3) utilizing personnel policies to make recommendations. This definition of experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-01 or GS-04).

Education: Four-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 36. Then divide your total number of completed undergraduate semester hours (or equivalent) by 120. Add the two percentages.
