Time in Grade:
For entry at the GS-11 level, status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-09 or higher grade in the Federal Service.
Specialized Experience:
For the GS-11, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-09 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to GS-11 if outside the Federal service.

- Oversee the overall planning, direction, and timely execution of the Reserve and Joint Assignment Programs
- Analyze and evaluate the customer's proposed changes in missions

Specialized experience is defined as...
- Schedule and coordinate all office automation requests and support for inbound and assigned employees using a variety of processes.
- Research and maintain a working knowledge of regulations, policies and procedures applicable to the management of both administration and personnel systems management.
- Manage the employees schedule for training requirements outside of what is provided by the Division's internal established processes and evaluate results.
- Implement current/revised directions and management to division staff.
Time in Grade:
For entry at the GS-13 level, status applicants must have served 52 weeks as a GS-12 or higher grade in the Federal Service.
Specialized Experience:
For the GS-13, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in level of difficulty and responsibility to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service, or comparable in difficulty and responsibility to GS-13 if outside the Federal service.
Specialized experience is defined as...
- Consult and advise leadership and key operating officials on procedural matters pertaining to the Division.
- Analyze and evaluate the customer's proposed changes in missions, goals and objectives of the organization.
- Develop new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, goals or objectives and implement management's requirements.
- Conduct annual reviews on the applicable Directives and Instructions as they pertain to the active duty, National Guard and Reserve Component personnel.
