Qualifications
**This announcement is inclusive of established Highly Preferred criteria. Applicants who meet both the standard minimum qualifications of the position and the highly preferred criteria based upon the provided responses to the assessment questions AND the work experience reflected within the submitted resume will be referred before candidates only meeting the minimum qualifications of the position as reflected in the submitted resume.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. One year specialized experience directly related to the duties described above. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted for specialized experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
2. In addition, knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodologies required to perform various analytical techniques. Ability to analyze operations and financial data and to prepare reports and replies to inquiries. Knowledge of basic business financial and operating reports.
3. Strong written and oral communication skills, including comprehensive knowledge of and demonstrated ability with standard office software programs such as databases, spreadsheets, word processors, graphics, etc.
Highly Preferred Qualifications:
1. Minimum of one (1) year working knowledge of and the ability to utilize within administrative roles the following U.S. Army civilian manpower/personnel (or private sector equivalent) databases AutoNOA and Defense Civilian Personnel Data System (DCPDS).
2. Working knowledge of and the ability to utilize command (or private sector equivalent) calendars such as master activity calendar and garrison activity calendar.
3. Working knowledge of and experience utilizing PowerBI to run reports and create higher level command presentations.
4. Working knowledge of and the ability to utilize the following or private sector equivalent financial reporting databases: Standard Management Reports for Finance (SMIRF) and Corporate Electronic Document Management System (CEDMS).
