Summary
This position is located in the GAO, Learning Center (LC). As a Management & Program Analyst you will be responsible for evaluating and executing a variety of operational and support service functions that increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the LC. The incumbent performs assignments that focus on a broad spectrum of LC's work including leading process improvement projects, implementing LC's programs and initiatives, acquiring and maintaining technical knowledge in designated areas.

Job locations are based on agency needs. Generally, you will remain in your current official duty station if selected. Duties
As a Management & Program Analyst, PT, 0343, 3, your typical work assignments may include the following:
- Serves as a Project or Program Leader for LC Quality Assurance and Metrics for LC learning programs and process improvement efforts, focused on initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness related to learning.
- Leads the development and implementation of LC policies and procedures for planning and executing training, operations projects and improvement initiatives, including planning, scheduling, executing, and progress monitoring and reporting of project and program activities and delivering outcomes.
- Leads and directs implementation of approved solutions including delivering agency-wide briefings, preparing written internal communications, and developing and delivering other types of material/activities as needed to achieve successful implementation.
- Provides operational guidance to LC customers, Directors, and staff on quality assurance, metrics, ECM and process improvements, coordinating a variety of services and serves as the LC POC/Liaison for various, program, units and initiatives.

Qualifications
You may qualify at the BAND III level, if you fulfill the following qualification requirement:
You must have 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower band level PT-II / PE-IIA/ MS-I or equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal Service, or comparable private/public sector experience which has equipped you with the skills and knowledge required to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience is defined as experience serving as a member of a team and/or engagement tasked with identifying and implementing process improvement, tracking activities or projects that provide services to the agency, and/or implementing project management techniques to complete assignments
