Duties
- Checking and managing requests in the marketing request database and maintaining a marketing calendar, distribute monthly marketing materials around the installation and flyers via email.
- Create and update PPT deck and update TVs around the post with the latest promotional materials.
- Monitor websites to make sure it is up to date with the latest information and oversee the changes. Create and send out daily specials on social media using existing templates and assist with other social media posts and tasks as needed.
- Handle ordering of promotional materials (giveaways), maintaining supplies for the design department printers and equipment
- Assist with taking photos at MWR events, and/or work at events as needed.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Able and willing to work days, nights, weekends, and special events as needed.
- Valid State Drivers License.
- Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

Minimum Qualification:
